1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the www.ratajob.lk website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between Hiru Advertising Colombo (Pvt) Ltd (referred to as "Ratajob.lk", "we", "us", or "our") and you, the user.

2. Definitions

"Agency" or "Advertiser" refers to any government-registered foreign employment agency that creates an account to post job advertisements on the Platform.

"Job Seeker" or "User" refers to any individual who visits the Platform to browse or respond to job advertisements.

3. Our Service

Ratajob.lk is a curated online platform dedicated to connecting Job Seekers in Sri Lanka with legitimate overseas employment opportunities provided exclusively by verified, SLBFE-registered Agencies. We are not a recruitment agency and are not a party to any agreement between an Agency and a Job Seeker.

4. Agency Obligations and Conduct

4.1. SLBFE Registration

You must be, and remain, an active and legally registered foreign employment agency with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE). Failure to maintain a valid SLBFE license will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4.2. Ad Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the content of your advertisements. All information provided must be accurate, complete, truthful, and not misleading.

4.3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post any material that is fraudulent, obscene, abusive, or in violation of any Sri Lankan or international laws.

5. Ratajob.lk's Rights and Moderation Policy

To maintain the integrity and safety of our Platform, we reserve the right to review, edit, or delete any advertisement that violates these terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any non-compliant Agency.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Ratajob.lk is a platform provider and is not responsible for the information or actions of the Agencies or Job Seekers using this site. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs advertised.

7. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for advertisements that have been approved and published. A refund will only be issued if, due to a technical failure on our part, a paid advertisement does not appear online after approval.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for persons under the age of 18.
