Refund Policy
Our website gives you the control of your ad and access to make sure that your ad information is complete and accurate. Because of this, we do not issue refunds for ads placed online. Once your ad is approved by us, it goes online on the web and immediately generates exposure to our web visitors.
We do not issue refunds for the following :
Typing mistakes made by the advertiser or errors that do not materially affect the value of advertisement.
Ads cancelled after the first publication.
Any ad that has already been published.
If your ad was deleted for violating ratajob.lk posting rules or if you deleted the ad yourself, either intentionally or in error, any paid fees will not be refunded.
If you feel your ad did not receive the perceived views or response, any paid fees will not be refunded.
If you post an ad and select a premium feature option in error, any paid fees will not be refunded.
If a membership package is cancelled early, for any reason.
We only honor refunds requests for the following reason :
If the ad or premium selected feature(s) in the ad does not appear online in the website after payment and ad approval.
